CD34 were extensively depleted from AC and CD34− AC were cultured with either GM-CSF and IL-4 or GM-CSF, IL-4, IL-3, and TNF-α. The distribution of the cells in the different phases of the cell cycle was evaluated by PI staining and analysis with ModFitLT software on days 2, 3, 5, and 7 of culture.
