HTLV-IIMoC344, or HTLV-IIMoBJAB, or HTLV-IIGuBJAB: purified viral particles from clarified supernatants from C344 or BJAB cell lines infected by HTLV-II Mo or HTLV-II Gu strain. C344Mo(Sn), or BJABMo(Sn), or BJABGu(Sn): clarified supernatant from C344 or BJAB cell lines infected by HTLV-II Mo or HTLV-II Gu strain.
TF-1 cells were plated at a concentration of 5 × 105cell/mL with the indicated sources of HTLV-II. After a 24-hour incubation at 37°C, the cells were washed and then cultured in the absence of IL-3. The cells were harvested at intervals, and the percentage of apoptosis determined on PI-stained cells analyzed by flow cytometry.
Data represent mean percentage of three experiments per condition.
