Pit formation assay was done as described in Materials and Methods. The culture was initiated with 1,500 cells from each source, and after the indicated period of incubation, pits were counted.
Cells cultured for 5 days in the induction culture.
Cells cultured for 5 days in the induction culture followed by the expansion culture for 5 days.
