Freshly isolated mobilized PBPCs were compared with cytokine-activated (3 days stimulation with IL-3 12 ng/mL, SCF 10 ng/mL, and IL-6 10 ng/mL) mobilized PBPCs for expression of each surface molecule. Data are median percentage and range (in brackets) of cells staining positive for the antigen.
