Effector cells (10 × 106) were injected intrasplenically into 3 mice with established 3-day metastases of HR tumor cells. Mice were killed 24 hours after injection of effector cells. The data from pooled sera or tissues are expressed in pg/mL.

Peripheral blood was collected by cardiac puncture and separated to obtain serum. Concentrations of cytokines in the sera were tested by ELISA.
The livers were harvested and homogenized in a tissue homogenizer. Concentrations of cytokines in liver homogenates were tested by ELISA.
