Radiolabeled inhibitors were mixed with fibrinogen solution, and fibrin was formed by addition of thrombin. After 15 minutes and 20 hours, fibrin was removed, and radioactivity of the supernatant and the washed fibrin was measured. Data represent the mean ± SD.
