C57BL/10ScSn mice were administered CP94 or CP102 in the drinking water (at 2 mg/mL) for 2 weeks. Et-DDC was administered by intraperitoneal injection in oil at 50 mg/kg and mice were left for 48 hours. Liver extracts were prepared and inhibitory activity estimated as described and defined in Materials and Methods. Inhibitory activity in control livers has been reported previously.22 Values are the means of 3 mice per group ± SD.
