PB-MNCs (2 × 10⁵/mL) were cultured in methylcellulose containing 30% FCS and IMDM together with neutralizing antibodies against GM-CSF, G-CSF, IL-3, or combinations of these without exogenous CSF. Colony growth was assessed after 14 days. The mean colony numbers of triplicates are given from four experiments.
