Frequency of BM CFU-Cs in the recipients of 1 × 106 α4Δ/Δ cells was lower than controls at 2 weeks (P < .05). In the 5.0 × 106 α4Δ/Δ recipients, despite their higher cellularity in BM, the frequency of CFU-Cs was lower than +/+ controls, but not statistically significant
