CHOP indicates cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone; R-CHOP, rituximab plus CHOP; ACOP, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone; MACOP-B, methotrexate, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, bleomycin; VACOP-B, etoposide, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, bleomycin; ProMACE-CytaBOM, prednisone, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, cytarabine, bleomycin, vincristine, methotrexate.
Seven patients were treated with one of the listed chemotherapy regimens and also received intrathecal methotrexate (n = 6) or intrathecal cytarabine (n = 1). Two patients were treated with high-dose chemotherapy and stem cell transplantation.
Other chemotherapy regimens included doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vindesine, bleomycin, prednisone (n = 2); vincristine, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, dexamethasone (n = 2); vincristine, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, prednisone (n = 2); methotrexate, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, dexamethasone (n = 1); bleomycin, vincristine, doxorubicin, etoposide (n = 1); bleomycin, vincristine, doxorubicin, methotrexate (n = 1); chlorambucil (n = 1); and cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone (n = 1).
