Platelets were permeabilized by incubation with 3 μg/mL digitonin, stained with nonimmune IgG or IgG directed at the indicated tSNARE, and analyzed by flow cytometry.
P values indicate the statistical significance of the difference between platelets stimulated with SFLLRN versus untreated platelets as determined by the Student t test.
Values are reported as percent of control compared with signal observed in samples exposed to nonimmune antibodies.
