For both populations, n = 4. Single-cell suspensions from BM of control and β1β7 mutant BM chimeras 2 months after polylC treatment were prepared; stained with antibodies against Gr-1, Mac-1, and Ter119 in combination with antibodies against β1 integrin; and analyzed in FACS. The table shows the relative size of granulocyte (Gr-1), granulocyte/monocyte (Mac-1), and erythroblast (Ter119) subpopulations and standard deviation.
