Peripheral blood samples were collected from Cdc42GAP^+/+ (n = 12), Cdc42GAP^+/– (n = 26), and Cdc42GAP^–/– (n = 9) mice when they were 20 weeks old. Blood counts were performed with a hematology analyzer. Data are mean ± SE.
