The percentage of G0 cells at time 0 was determined by reanalyzing sorted G0 cells with Hst/PY staining. Each value at time 0 and 72 hours for AML samples is the mean ± SD result from 2 independent experiments while values at 24 hours for AML samples and at 24 and 72 hours for Lin NBM G0 cells are from 1 experiment.
