Addition of IVIGs to cultured B lymphocytes did not affect cell viability

Purified human B lymphocytes were cultured with IL-4 and L4.5 cells in the presence of human serum albumin (9 mg/mL) and sucrose (15 mg/mL) or IVIGs (15 mg/mL). Apoptosis and necrosis levels were determined with annexin V and PI staining. Viable cell proportions were determined by viable cell count using trypan blue exclusion.
