At 24 hours after the last infection, CD34+ cells transduced either with HOXB4 or GFP control virus were each mixed with equal numbers of RFP-transduced CD34+ cells, and then injected into NOD/SCID mice. Mice were killed 8 weeks later, and their bone marrow was analyzed for human cells expressing GFP or RFP. Results are shown as the mean ± SE.
