Results are expressed as mean percentage ± SD of 2 to 3 individual mice. The percentage of CFSE-labeled donor wt and c-myc+/- CD8 and CD4 T cells present in each peak—7 and 17 days after adoptive transfer into wt recipients, respectively—are estimated according to Wells and colleagues.43
