The transcript levels of Ig heavy and light chains are normalized to the Ig expression levels of CD19+ peripheral blood B cells, set to 100%. ND indicates not determined.
The VκJκ rearrangements of CB-LCL 5-B4, 5-13-4, and 4-8 are out of frame but show somatic mutations as an indication that these rearrangements are not inactivated by rearrangement of the κ deleting element, so that they might still be transcribed
Lines IMEBV and LCL031006 are biclonal. The monoclonal lines LCL 030515 and LCL 940410 lacked detectable sIg expression
